How are you and how’s being your day, mine has being positive all the way. Have you had the privileged of viewing the sun rise at the horizon of the sea. It’s a splendid sight to behold, a feeling of life . An assurance of hope will fill your hearth at such a wonderful work of God’s creation. The sun is nature at it’s best. It’s the dawning of new day

I know what it feels like to have a blue day, struggling to get out of bed to prepare for work, getting meals ready for your husband and kids, a low motivation to get up and do your exercises etc, or you got laid off work and no sign of a job in sight.

Hey! Cheer up, even the animals feel that way too. Take time out to observe that cat or dog of yours. Isn’t it amazing to see your dog just running around and having fun all day. Chasing toys, plastics or whatever catches it’s interest.

Life is a stage of rehearsals and performances make the most out of it , whether you are in the spotlight or behind the scene.

There is only one friend who could make you happy, cheerful, ambitious, successful, fearful, courageous and positive minded, and that friend is the person you see in the MIRROR. YOU
